Starting Monday May 18, we are offering private sessions for groups of 10 or less for $225+ tax (the same as our normal bronze park rental package). To book a day/time for your group you can give us a call at 763 797 5283 or send an email to mrod@3rdlair.com. Spots are reserved on a first come first served basis.

- Price is $225 for 2 hours (same as bronze bday party package)
- Limited to 10 people in the park at a time(including spectators)
- Must be booked/paid for in advance
- Available to anyone
- Waivers must be filled out prior to entering the park (we will call to get a list in advance)
- we will not have iPads available for customers to use.
- No rental equipment is available
- Helmets are required for all riders under age 18
- Masks are required at check in
- Masks are required in the shop
- There is a 5 minute time limit to be in the shop (shop online for gear in advance - choose curbside pickup)
- Please maintain 6ft social distancing at all times
- If you feel ill stay home
