Twin Cities Open is our annual spring open entry skateboard contest. This event is for riders of all ages and abilities.
FEES:
- NON MEMBERS: $40 FOR 1 EVENT / $50 FOR BOTH EVENTS
- MEMBERS: $30 FOR 1 EVENT / $40 FOR BOTH EVENTS
- OTC DIVISION (AGE 30+): FREE ENTRY

- 9 & UNDER (BEGINNER)
- 12 & UNDER (BEGINNER)
- 17 & UNDER (INTERMEDIATE)
- GIRLS OPEN/SPONSORED (ADVANCED)
- OTC (AGE 30+)

Friday April 26, 2024: Times are our best estimate based on past events. We will do our best to stick as close to this schedule as we can, but it is possible that we fall a little behind / get a little ahead. Please be onsite and ready to ride a minimum of 1 hour prior to the scheduled start time of your event/division.
**Normal Open Skate Session times/Rates for non-contest participants
- 10am: Park Opens for Practice
- 4pm: Bowl Closes for Contest Practice
- 5pm: 9 & Under (Beginner) Bowl Contest/Awards
- 5:30pm: 12 & Under (Beginner) Bowl Contest/Awards
- 6:15pm: 17 & Under (Intermediate) Bowl Contest/Awards
- 7:00pm: Girls Open (Advanced) Bowl Contest/Awards
- 7:30pm: Open/Sponsored (Advanced) Bowl Qualifiers
- 8:15pm: OTC (Age 30+) Bowl Competition/Awards
- 9pm: Open/Sponsored (Advanced) Bowl Finals/Awards

BOWL CONTEST
- 9 & Under (Beginner): Two runs (45 Seconds Each) / Best Run Counts for Final Score
- 12 & Under (Beginner): Two runs (45 Seconds Each) / Best Run Counts for Final Score
- 17 & Under (Intermediate): Three runs (45 Seconds Each) / Best Run Counts for Final Score
- Girls Open/Sponsored (Advanced): Three runs (45 Seconds Each) / Best Run Counts for Final Score
- OTC (Age 30+): Three runs (45 Seconds Each) / Best Run Counts for Final Score

Qualifiers: Two runs (45 Seconds Each) / Best Run Counts.
- Top 5 go to Finals.
- Finals: 15 Minute (minimum) Open Jam – Judged on overall impression

STREET QUALIFIERS - ALL DIVISIONS
- Jam Format: All riders will be divided into heats of 2 – 4 riders per heat.
- Each Jam will last 3 minutes.
- Top ½ of Riders from each division will go to finals (Max of 20 riders per division to finals)
STREET FINALS - ALL DIVISIONS
- Runs – Each rider will get two, 1-minute runs.
- Best run counts for final score
- Lower scored run will be used to break any ties.
- We will do prizes down to 3rd place.
- The expert division will include a $250 cash purse.
